It is the time of the year when I love to make low fat, high protein, high vitamin soups and stews. What are some of your favorites.
I just made an excellent new recipe the other night with these ingredients.
4 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
2 cubes Chicken bouilion
garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic
onion (optional)
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
8 oz, dried small navy beans, pre-soaked over night
Water
--simmer for 2 hours then add 1 head of cabbage and 1 bunch of swiss chard and simmer another 20 minutes.
ENJOY!!!!!
