home made smoothies

just curious...
what are yall mixin up for smoothies?? this includes wake up (AM) smoothies as well as bedtime (pm) smoothies....
 
Dont make alot but sometimes i blend up some oatmeal, low fat yogurt, a couple of pieces of fruit, some low fat milk and a scoop of vanilla casein protein. Tastes not bad :P
 
1cup milk
2 scoops protien powder
1 pack microwaved flavoured oatmeal
1 banana
1 spoon peanut butter

Thats my pre workout breakfast shake :)
 
I use one of those magic bullets for my morning shake. Super easy as you blend it in the cup you drink out of.

.5 cup of skim milk
.5 cup of crushed ice
1 scoop of creatine product
1 scoop of big blast protein
handful of frozen fruit
3 tablespoons of non fat yogurt

All the ingredients fills the cup to the top, blend and it comes out perfect. I couldn't live without my magic bullet.
 
I love my magic bullet blender. I do all of my protein shakes in one. I also use flax and or wheat germ in all of my shakes. I don't often do a breakfast shake but if I did I would go along the lines of the fruit based protein shake too.

For a bedtime one I do

2scoops ON Vanilla Whey
5 ice Cubes
2tbls of ANPB
.5C 1% Milk
