Thank you for posting this article here,I really like it.I appreciate you for posting it here.These exercises are really useful inspired me a lot.
It can also help to beginners they don't really need to go gym all the time it can help them a lot in building themselves at home.
 
There are plenty of workouts on the net that you can use for any specific type that you want such as toning fat loss muscle gain etc etc try fitness blender they have some good and easy start up workouts from home.

So many exercise is there, we can do exercise at home. Now a day exercise is the best way to being health and fit. If you want to being healthy life, exercise, yoga do daily you will be health and fit.

You can do exercise at you home.

Push-up
Downward facing dog
bent knee situp
front plank
squat jumps

If you can do every day, you can be health and fit
 
It is not compulsory to go gym for maintain your body. Jumming rope, Push-up, Contralateral Limb Raises, Bent Knee Push-up, Squat Jumps etc are best exercises for you. But must follow the rules of exercise otherwise, it creates negative effects.
 
Yeah thats true James. Exercise reduces fat and keeps your body maintained. Enhances your Stamina and improves your health as well.

I also want to know one thing that at what extent proper sleeping is beneficial for good health. I have seen myself that most people do proper exercise but they are not fit at all.
 
My favourite home exercise is yoga. I've gotten to where I do a lot of the asanas (positions) from memory.
