I get picked on for saying ice box instead of refrigerator

lol..I used to say Laigs and Aigs for legs and eggs. Also, "gom" "nary" etc. Many people outside of the appalachian mts of KY don't even know what those words mean. It was like another language.

Also, a refrigerator was a "frigidaire" Guess we were brand specific?

oh and over yonder....and flip the light switch....so many my ex pointed out to me that I thought everyone said..lol...he was from Michigan

now I noticed with cold drinks, everywhere seems to say soda....down here we are more item specific...coke, diet coke, etc...
I never hear anyone say soda pop
