Pretty unlikely through oral sex unless she has a bleeding sore or serious ulceration in her mouth. Even then, the odds are more in your favor of not getting it but I wouldn't take the chance with anyone in that condition.

As for kissing, viable virus is not typically found in saliva as it is a digestive enzyme that readily deactivates HIV on contact. So getting HIV just through kissing is almost unheard of. Again if both people have bleeding sores in their mouths, it is possible but still not terribly likely. I still wouldn't take a chance with someone that has bleeding sores or gums in their mouth.

As for vaginal sex, she will have virus in her vaginal secretions. HIV will readily pass through mucus membranes. The head of your cock is technically a mucus membrane so it is possible even without a micro tear in the head of the cock from sex. However, that being said, most Americans are cut which tends to "dry out and toughen" the head of the cock so this tends to make transmission statistically less likely but still the risk is definitely there.
