Any of you bros got any articles on HIT cardio training? I did a search, but didnt come up with much. I've been addicted to it for about a week now, and I want to get some studies, routines, or any info that I can about it, thanks.

Which HIIT routine do you guys like better?

I do the treadmill 1 hour do a 5 min. warmup at an incline of 10 speed 3.3 then do 2 min at incline 15 at speed of 4 then 3 minutes at incline 9 speed 3.5 and so on back up to incline 15 speed 4 for 2 minutes------it will kick you ass!!!

Started the HIIT training last week. Man that sure kicks your ass and get you winded pretty fast. Been doing the 4 min jog/sprint combo and in no time sweat is dripping all over and shirt is wet.
