can anyone tell me if HIT can be done while shooting for fat loss(ie, dieting and doing cardio too)? if so, can you suggest a routine, monday i did bench press and trap bar deadlifts. it was an impulse thing so i know i can plan something better. i want to work it out where i can work out 3 days a week so i thought doing a few excercises for no more than 2 works sets would be ok. i'm no expert on HIT but any of you gurus out there that would like to share i'd be more than willing to listen. thanks for you time. peace.
