HIT and fat loss

can anyone tell me if HIT can be done while shooting for fat loss(ie, dieting and doing cardio too)? if so, can you suggest a routine, monday i did bench press and trap bar deadlifts. it was an impulse thing so i know i can plan something better. i want to work it out where i can work out 3 days a week so i thought doing a few excercises for no more than 2 works sets would be ok. i'm no expert on HIT but any of you gurus out there that would like to share i'd be more than willing to listen. thanks for you time. peace.

Ok here goes- of course you can lose fatty tissue on HIT. No problem. Here is a good workout.

Workout 1- Chest. shoulders(except traps) and tri's, abs

Workout 2- Back, bi's, and abs

Workout 3- Legs and abs.

2 exercises per body part.

Warm up with a light set of 5, then a medium set of 3 on first body part of workout.

After warming up, perform 1 set to complete muscular failure on each exercise. This requires a spot. Shoot for 1-2 forced reps.

Rest between exercises only long enough to load and unload equipment, or until you catch your breath.

Should take 30 minutes to complete entire workout!
 
no problem.

PS do 1/2 hour of cardio fist thing in the AM on an empty stomach, and do not eat for an hour after. This will help the fat loss!
