HIT doesnt allow that.....you cant run at 100% max intensity for 20 minutes at a time....unless you are an Olympic atlhete...
That is what I thought. I assumed HIIT was better for increasing CV/respiratory endurance.
But I could see HIT allowing for more muscular endurance - longer duration at high intensity.
