I’m looking to do very high volume training maybe 20 to 30 sets per session and also hit 12 to 15 repetitions per set.
I just love training when I do it I get a Good feeling and I feel fantastic and it’s my outlet
I’m 6’2” 220 lbs and around 15 or 16% body fat
