so I recently started to increase the amount of volume I was doing for my legs
I went from 15 sets per session doing around 12 or 15 reps and now I’m increasing it to 25 sets per session with a variation of reps from 8 reps up to 20 reps.
I’ve noticed after I made this change that I’m more sore in my joints hurt in my hips and knees.
Do you have any advice for me on things that you would change and is this normal?
