Your diet looks pretty good - I'd just try for only one protein shake a day max, real food is best. Try chicken breasts, more fish, ground turkey breast in burgers, lean steak, etc.
I second the exercise ideas everyone gave. They are all good.
ALso, Gladiola is right about the diet part. Real food is better. It will also feel less restrictive if you eat more food than supplements. If you eat complex carbs and a lean protein source, you'll feel more satisfied than if you drink a shake.
