Hello all iam new here was shown this site by husband glad he did i am in need of a weight loss plan i have had two kids and had my first when i was 16 im now 23 and my body has been messed up ever since i would really love to get in shape and be fit im 5'3 and weigh yuk 169 the thing is i have a hard time fitting excersise in during the week i cant go to the gym so i need something i can do at home on the weekends i can go to the gym i have my diet pretty much set husband helped me out with that i just need tips on excersises i can do at home i know i should probably be doing mostly cardio right know but i would also like to weight train any help would be great i would really love to change my body and finally be happy with myself thank you
