fyi when i was FAT I was 360 when I was Anorexic looking I was 255

Training is awesome, my whole body hurts.

I started cardio properly this week, so at least an hour a day minimum, 5 days a week.

I am a nice bodyfat right now, have to get TOOOOOOOOO lean for most to compete.

I like being ripped though.

It is a challenging thing to the brain though.

You were BIG. Really.

Good on you for losing weight.

I was a chubette for awhile, I might send you a fat photo :)

Of course:)

You know its best to let the dormant bad people ( or obviuos bad people) show there true colors eventually and then let them bite at each other with their venom

do not let them pierce your armor of goodness EVER.......

That is sweet, but I take some nasty peeps OUT.

Not too difficult most times, you only have to remind them of all the stupid and nasty things they have said.

I don't have time for nasty, I call/confront people on it a lot.

Not so much here (yet) but I can see me doing it.

we are built Big and near impossible to be less then a certain poundage


I am trying to over ride my look / genes and emphasis a certain aesthetic

I am actually going to try to lose BOTH fat and some muscle

and then try to rebound to a Leaner more stream lined look

I feel very delicate and refuse to be aggressive to get a women as I think its just a facade


unfortunate seems I have to play the dutch bag role to get them

I know what you mean about being fake to get women. I hate that.

The good news is when women get older they don't like the Dutch bags as much. (except for hr) lol jk

I had a really good day myself and a great workout. Don't you love when you start to make real gains in the gym? It just motivates you more!

Fab, me too, my weights keep going up even though I am dieting.

It's part of an exercise in differentiation, we are breaking from expectations within the traditional nuclear family....all while riding on the back of a Harley with no underpants on.

I have been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoo hungry most of today, meals have only taken the edge off.

Who would have thought cardio would have such an impact?
