I don't get the nerve to start any steroids, but I do wanna start a cycle of hgh ( 4iu/day) I am 225lb with 14% fat wanna go down 10%. Would that help?
 
Yes if you actually got real GH and if you took it for 4-6 months with cardio and a great diet.
Just don't start at 4IU's or your sides might be a little extreme.

U don't have the nerve to start steriods but u have the nerve to start HGH? just curious about ur reasoning behind that

AGE & stats as requested, I bet you're in your 20's the majority of posters here are, then forget it! Waste of money!
 
HGH is not a fat burner and the amount that it takes to have a great effect on anyone under 30 takes a rich man to use it. I have clients over 40 and over 50 and even over 60 that rave about the health benefits of low dose HGH...but not in their 20's.

Unless you were an Olympic Level Athlete with an unlimited pocket book.

and my man, you don't need to run a steroid cycle or hgh to drop a mere 4% in body fat... if you are really at a sticking point then try forged burner or maybe even albuterol...

OR.....dont take anything AND EAT RIGHT!!! Id bet my left nut your diet is not what it should be for your goals. Everyone wants to just "TAKE" something to achieve there goals. No one wants to eat right and work there ass off anymore. What would you do without steroids or other "performance enhancing" drugs? Probably look like shit.

give us more info on your diet and we can help you further.....post up some pics too. Bet your not 14%, most people think there lower than they actually are
 
I know one thing, 4 % can be dropped quickly if you have the proper diet and right amounts of cardio... you can enhance it with some supplemental help, but it can definitely be done on its own...

^^^Def agree bro. Supplements DEF have there place in this game. And they do help. But without the proper training regimen and NUTRITION PLAN, all the steroids and supplements in the world wont take you to your goals. It really bothers me to see people post ALL THE TIME who CLEARLY dont have love for this sport, who just think they can gear up and get the results they want....Like its f-in unicorn piss or something. Steroids aint magic kids.

Try limiting your carbs to 180 or less each day and add three to four days a week of morning cardio and the fat on your ass will melt right off IMO.
 
Thanx ppl ok my stats r 40 years 225lb with 14% fat. Been working out for some time only stuck to diet and supplements as every1 thankfully advised and went from 20% to this 14% body fat in 4 month now I am stuck to this 14 since 3 month and really tried a lot since but they seem very stubborn. So some of my gym partners advised me with steroids or hgh for me I thought hgh is just safer and it's side effects are less than steroids. But I appreciate all ur advices it's my first cycle so I try to knoe
 
its very possible he has a hard time getting under 14. I Got down to about 13 several weeks ago and it was a bitch and When my diet was over i added the weight right back on once i started training for powerlifting again. IF I want to get sub 15% BF I sacrifice a lot of muscle to do so.
 
hgh has so many more benefits than just losing body fat. If money wasn't a problem, I don't see why everybody over the age of 35 (or whatever age their levels start getting pretty low) doesn't take it. Not at extreme amounts but just enough to get their levels back to where they were say when they were 25 - 30. Any input??
