Hgh question

Hey everyone I'm doing 2.4 iu daily Hgh been on for 3 weeks goal for 6 months maybe more, I know odd amount but comes in 24 iu per bottle. Would an occasional maybe 2 times a week extra dose at night be of benefit or would it be a waste of Hgh. I stick to 2.4 first thing in morning. Thanks

No GH at bedtime, it'll blunt your biggest natural spike that happens bout 2 hours after you go to sleep

If GH is only active for 2 hours in the blood stream anyways, how would it blunt your natural pulse??? Just wondering... I feel by the Time it is out of your blood stream is about the time you should be hitting deep REM Sleep....

what about negative feedback loop from elevated IGF from the GH spike? if you are using enough i doubt no matter what the admin time you will have very little of a gh pulse due to the feedback loop. just a theory.

I don't take any at night for this same reason. Some do swear by it though. Claiming to wake refreshed, rejuvenated, and looking fuller/leaner than ever.
After a certain age your natural production of HGH drops so significant I'm not so sure it would really interfere much of anything taking it at night.

I recently tried hgh am. P.m. and iparelin/sermarelin just prior to bedtime
I take hgh upon waking and again early afternoon
Peptides before bed.
Curious to see how this pans out
