HGH for fat loss in women

yomama said:
Her only problem is not eating enough, I mean, with work and stuff she's too busy and cant eat. So she pretty much just eats in the morning and then evening, I keep telling her to make some food and take a min at work to eat it but it's hopeless, talking to a woman is like talking to a tree. I give up on her. At least I'm in great shape.

Then there is the problem. She is not doing EVERYTHING possible. Resorting to drugs is NOT the answer. Changing her habits is the answer. If she goes on the drugs, and maintains her habits, what is going to happen when she goes OFF the drugs? She'll go back to how she was before (assuming she lost BF on HGH).

In a previous post, you claim her "metabolism sucks". It is not her matabolism's fault - it is HER FAULT. SHE is causing her metabolism to slow down by not eating enough or often enough. Don't blame the metabolism. The metabolism is responding to what SHE gives (or doesn't give) it. This is HER responsibility.

This is a PERFECT example of how there is ALWAYS something you can tweak or change. BEFORE saying drugs are the answer. BEFORE.

Exactly what I was thinking. Well, I'll let her try one kit and see how it works, I'll post results in a couple of months.

Therein lies the reality of bodyfat, particularly in women. My metabolism isn't that great and I dieted down to 8.6% bodyfat for a BB competition and my thighs & butt still had issues. Depending on how you carry your fat, you are going to have those "sticky spots" that simply need more of the same (excellent, tight, consistent diet & training) to get them down.

Sassy69,

I think losing bodyfat is alot like musclememory. Once you build muscle and then you stop working out for a couple of years, and then start again, muscle memory will enable you to gain muscle quicker then before. You are just establishing the muscle you had gained before.

This works for fat, once you gain fat, you have fat memory. For example, if a girl was overweight when she was younger, the weight being shown on her butt and thighs, and then she loses it. It will be relatively easy for the fat to accumulate there again. Further, it will be hard to fully get ripped for a girl. Example, Ophra Winfrey.

The deal. You have to really get ripped inorder to get all of the fat off and then at that point, eat healthy and continue to eat healthy or else the fat will accumulate there again. Its a cruel world.

I agree w/ the ability to get back on the wagon & get results once you've developed some results, but I thin you are going to gain bodyfat back where you tend to have lots of fat cells congregated. Say for example if you got lipo in the trouble spots - guess what? You now have fewer fat cells there. So if you let the diet or whatever drop and you start to accumulate fat again, its going to start building in places other than where you had the fat cells removed.
