HGH effects, how soon?

How soon can I expect to notice any effects of HGH? I have been on 2iu for a week, but I dont notice anything...nothing at all. No increase in energy, no deeper sleep...how long will it take before I will notice anything? What about fat loss? Do I need to use more or shall I just continue using it? Any help appreciated.

I dont know that much about HGH personally but I know most that run it run it for very long periods of time 6months - 1 year or more man. The effects are slow but awesome after continous light use.

U will feel deeper sleeps second second and u won't see any difference until u get into 3ius/ second kit

Deeper sleep will be quite quickly, sides like numbness etc may not show at all at 2 ui a day usually takes 4 plus to notice them.
fat burning will be gradual but should start showing about 6 weeks out. do a fat comp to find out where you are and it will give you a baseline down the road.
Muscle growth takes 6 plus months to show any but at 2 ui will/may not see any. 2 ui are more for fat loss.

As far as hyperplasia or metabolic benefits it is long-term no doubt, however i experienced cosmetic benefits within 4 weeks. Skin looked healthier and had wrinkle reduction near my eyes and cheeks.

It can be quite amazing. I am always taken for 8 years or better younger than I am.

Depends on the person but with HGH its something that takes some time for best results.
I assume your diet and training are good. Are you on a AAS cycle as well?

this big time. Im 44 and started 3iu/day a little over 2 wks ago and im sleeping deeper and my skin is already softer. Been running it since my early 30's but havent done any in a couple of yrs... plan on going on for EXTENDED period this time.


What is ur age/stats...and do you plan on ramping up to higher dose?

Ive done longer hgh runs many times and it takes atleast 5 months to see noticable body recomp effects.

hate to say this, but you dont have real stuff.

Theres no way you can be 3wks into things, on 8iu and not see a fuk load of side effects.

when i use rips i have to up it1iu every 2wks so the carpel tunnel and my grip isnt limiting me lifting.......and thats when i start off at 2iu 2hr post WO.
