hgh 3 month no difference help

i have been on hgh for 3 months now at a little over 3 iu a day and i see nothing changing i went up to 5 iu today i am looking to put on lean mass i am 30years old 5'10 200lbs roughly 10% body fat anyone whohas used it and has some advice im all ears .......ps i hope this is the right spot for this thread

Over 90% of Chinese gh is fake.
 
Yep and I have a buddy living in china...he's been to the HGH factories...he tells me some cool stories
 
what kind of gh is it? jintropin, blue tops, etc...?? if it is chinese, i have seen people have to run it at 10 ius or more because its shit... just because you got numb hands doesn't mean shit... have you had bloodwork to check it? you need to do things like this as well as research to see if its fake or not...
 
green tops im not to sure of anything else about it, it came in a plain box got it from a friend of mine

they are chinese and there is a higher probability than not that they are either very underdosed or fake altogether bro... like i said previously, a lot of the chinese gh needs to be dosed up to 10ius to even be near the equivalent of what you are taking at 3 ius... they are not known for producing quality gh... the only way to really know is to get bloodwork...
 
well lets just assume its not fake is my dosing right should i have been seeing any results by now?

I think your problem is in your expectations. GH is not an anabolic, its not going to pack lbs of muscle on you. GH is a diabetogenic hormone.
 
Chinese is junk.

Using GH for too long will negate the effects.

It is not for what you're intending it to do.

On other words, don't be surprised at your results because you're doing it wrong.
 
Nelson what do you mean dont be surprised at the result because im doing it wrong, if im doing it wrong then tell me what im doing wrong and how to fix it

Not looking to pack on tons of muscle really my goal is to be somewhere around 205 shredded its not huge lbs i was looking for out of it i was just hoping to push my arms calves and a few other spots past what god dave me i train hard my nutrition is on point i can get up 20lbs if i want no problem with out any help and i can shred it all off but i still hardly look like i lift i feel like i need about 10lbs or so of solid muscle and be a little closer to 7% bf to look the way im invisioning in my head

As I said, if your looking for muscle then GH is not the answer, especially if your under 40.

Selective androgen receptor modulators or SARMs are a novel class of androgen receptor ligands

uniquemicals.com .. check them out. do some research on them. much cheaper and faster results than GH. and I am older than you and I still have no desire to touch GH.. even GH junkies will say if you are under 30 you shouldn't mess with GH. there is no need especially someone with your goals its downright buffoonery to waste your money on GH.

could be bunk.there is alot of bunk hgh floating around..hcg etc.

Also hgh takes about 6 months to start seeing major changes in body recomp
