Not looking to pack on tons of muscle really my goal is to be somewhere around 205 shredded its not huge lbs i was looking for out of it i was just hoping to push my arms calves and a few other spots past what god dave me i train hard my nutrition is on point i can get up 20lbs if i want no problem with out any help and i can shred it all off but i still hardly look like i lift i feel like i need about 10lbs or so of solid muscle and be a little closer to 7% bf to look the way im invisioning in my head
