HFCS has a really high GI i know that and subsequently a really high GL. Therefore drinking things like Soda that are sweetend with it in high amounts is more than foolish if your even halfways serious about eating right. However my question is about things that have 1-2-3g of the stuff(certain low fat things, certain breads, basically EVERYTHING packaged) I mean how many grams of it is required in one sitting to spike insulin levels enough to cause damage, and on a side note how many carbs during a non post workout meal of low GI foods will cause an insulin spike high enough to cause some unwanted fat storage.
