M muskles New member Apr 1, 2003 #12 I'm not sure if that I am a big fan of keto diets anymore... seem to not work as well as it used to... but here was what I did when I was on this... - eat 1100 cals throughout the week, but have 2 of the days at 1360 cals (both w/ carbs under 20g) Click to expand...
