...she is 5'6 148, loose skin(from having a child) and "fatty" from knees to lower abs...she has tried all different thermos and likes the ole ECA the best...my main point here is to find a basic type diet for her to lose some weight(her overall goal is 130-135lbs)...she is not to keen on a "real low" carb diet tho...can i have some suggestions on diets for her...she also would include clen if needed...thanks

you could tighten the loose skin with some muscle! Has your sister worked out before? Need more info...especially if you're going to suggest "alternatives" to her.

...yeah she works out, and has been...she can only w/o 4 days max per/week b/c of her job...the w/o part of it imm going to help her with, but i need DIET advice since i m not to great in that area...i have a very fast metabolism so i kinda do not know about specific dieting tips and such...trust me, it is totally a diet thing with her now as she has hit a plateau after losing weight...

I would definitely cut out starchy carbs in the PM and opt for veggies with her choice of protein instead. Orange Roughy is a great choice (if she likes fish) because it is loooooow cal and tastes really good (~ 25 calories/oz). I get mine from Sam's--frozen 4 oz. portions and throw them on the George Foreman grill. I eat a lot of asparagus as well...supposed to be a natural diuretic. Green beans are filling and low cal...

many people have had great results with spatts cutting diet. try a search on the women's board...if you can't find it/access the search, I'll cut and paste for you (unless someone does it before me).

you can also try the diet board...they have lots of suggestions.
