By the way...you couldn't move that damn vaccuum cleaner out of the way before taking your pics? It kind of ruins it for me...just joking.

I should say that I used a belt and knee straps too.

Vacuum cleaner- hahaha i took my pics in the spare room! didn't even notice. I will make sure next time to get it out of the way! :)
 
Very nice! Are you in a bulking or cutting phase? Quite impressive on the squats. The most I've been able to squat is 185 for 10's WITH a 300 lb. spotter. My legs suck - I need new ones!

Anyhow, keep up the hard work. The consistency pays off!!!:D
 
i am trying to put on mass. i just upped my dosage to 10mg ed, i started with 2.5 and then 5 but was doing nothing for me. I am just starting to get that pump at the gym,...so now is where I hope to see results from this point on!!!!
however i am also taking t3 to shed some bf but I am not cutting really, i plan to cut later.

275X4...spot or not...that is very impressive.
 
i want THE BEST legs (not to mention glutes) and as luck would have it, they do pretty good for me. I used to be a dancer (ballet, tap, jazz) That's why I never have to train my calves that much.

More than what I can say for my upper body! :( ANd my fat abs...I see them under there, just a few more inches and I will get those bastards!! ;)
