Here we go, Cycle log.

Hey guys, going to be logging my contest prep here. Everything is set to start on the 23rd. Going to be trying something new. Here I will show you the cycle layout, and update my progress as everything progresses.

The cycle is split into 2 parts. The first 4-5 weeks will be an all out bulk. After week 5 I will start to get the diet together but will continue lean bulking to about week 10. After that, the contest diet will be in place and I will start the shredding process. I've changed things up a little bit, and things are still subject to change, but here is the layout:

1-16 Test E - 750mg/week
1-20 Equipiose - 800mg/week
1-12 NPP - 150mg/eod
1-4 Anadrol - 100mg/day
1-12 LGD-4033 - 10mg/day

17-20 Test Prop - 100mg/eod
17-20 Tren Ace - 100mg/eod
17-20 Mast Prop - 200mg/eod
17-20 Anavar - 60mg/day
17-20 Proviron - 75mg/day
17-20 S-4 - 50mg/day
17-20 GW-50 - 20mg/day

21-24 Test Prop - 50mg/day
21-24 Tren Ace - 75mg/day
21-24 Mast Prop - 100mg/day
21-24 Anavar - 80mg/day
21-24 Winstol Depot - 50mg/day

Hoping to make the jump to heavyweight, going to be real close. I need to put on about 10-15 pounds of lean mass, and hold it, to accomplish this.
 
We'll good luck buddy. I will be watching and taking notes as this goes along. I'm doing something similar later next summer in preparation for a possible fall show. I need about 10 lbs of lean mass to be at the upper end of light heavies. I'm 193 around 8% right now. I'm Starting cycle in June with a short 6-8 week bulk, before entering prep shred mode.

I may be picking your brain a lot through this log, and asking you a lot of questions if you don't mind. I've seen your pics, and you have a great physique, so you obviously know what you are doing.
 
I have some other tricks up my sleeve that I hope will help. It's all going to come down to the water weight

I feel I have pretty good understanding of what I am doing, but you can never know too much. Sharing is caring. Hope I can help as much as possible. This should should be a good ol' time.

I will cruise on test for a couple weeks while blasting HCG, then I will come off. PCT will be a combo of Clomid, Nolva, Aromasin, Proviron, Test Stack, Unleashed, and D-AA
 
Alright, here we go guys. This is the first update. Pinned the Test E, Equipoise, and NPP this morning and took my Anadrol and LGD (taste like shit). Also added GW to the first 8 weeks at 20mg per day, that also tastes like shit. Couple other additions to the beginning of the cycle that I should note. Will be taking Humulin R post workout from weeks, 1-4, 9-12, and maybe 17-20. Also picked up 3 vials of test suspension that I will be taking 3x a week on Chest, Leg, and Arm day at 100mg, until I run out.

Meal 4 (post workout w/ 2iu Humulin R)

I am not sure what the macros are, haven't worked those out yet, plenty of enough food I am assuming until I do get them worked out.

Decline Barbell Press - 4 x 8 (225, 235, 255, 275)

Up 7 pounds since Monday, might be the mix of Anadrol and NPP, might be from the Slin, might be from the past 2 days of eating none stop.. probably a little bit of everything.

That's all I've eaten so far today, will eat the same meal as meal 4, for meal 5 again in about an hour or so. Then some chicken and veggies, and more rice for the next few meals.

Up another pound since yesterday, so that is 8 pounds since Monday. Diet is basically the same as the previous days I posted. So won't update that. I have no been counting macros really, just making sure I am getting enough protein and plenty of carbs. I will get everything a little more tuned in a planned out after the new year.

Close Grip Bench - 4 x 8 (185, 205, 225, 245)
Weighted Tricep Dips - 4 x Failure (45, 65, 75, 90)
Rope Pull-Down - 3 x Failure + dropset on each set. (100, 100, 100)

Thanks brah. Will get the diet more detailed eventually. Right now I'm bulking, a tad bit dirty, so I am just more concerned with getting a bunch of food in than counting macros.

Today was pretty simple. It was an off day from the gym, so all I did was eat. I ate 4-5 huge bowls of Chili throughout the day, a protein shake, an apple, some cottage cheese. Pretty simple. Didn't weight myself.. so will update that tomorrow.
 
Right now I'm not.. just because of the time of year with the holidays and everything. I'll get things more tuned in after the new year. I am kind of a dirty bulker. I'll keep things pretty clean but I'm not going to sit and eat chicken and rice for every meal. Last show I did, during my bulk stage, I got up to 245 at around 16% body fat, and that was a natural bulk. I figure I am going to be putting myself through hell for a 3 month, might as well enjoy things now while I can.

That's cool man. I have done the same pretty much since beginning of November. I still ate most of meals clean but allowed a lot of freedom while trying to gain. I'm shifting gears after New Years, and going back to all clean eating and adding cardio back in to try and shred up a bit
 
If you want pizza.. get a pizza. If you want a burger.. get a burger. It's not rocket science. I think people burn out to quick because they try do everything perfect.

I don't rep for them or anything but their orals are the best I've ever used so I'd say they're that good. The var is always real var and not underdosed crap. You get what you pay for though

It's very high quality gear, it's just easier to get and more common overseas so you don't hear about it too much from guys in the states.

A few of us have recently come across a nice domestic-supply for it though, so we are using it and loving it. Therefore you see it being plastered on the boards.

Same thing with Alpha-Pharma, which OP is also using in his cycle.

Alpha-Pharma now makes a Tren Ace in 10ml vials (100mg/ml). It's so new it's not on their site yet, but I know how to get it! ;) Actually, Alpha-Pharma is making several of their AAS in 10ml vials now in addition to their offerings in amps.

Weight is up to 229. That would be 14 pounds in a week in a half. Starting Monday, I am going to start counting macros and eating cleaner, besides my McDonalds breakfast a few times a week that is. My last prep when I started dieting I was 245 at about 16%. Would like to be around the same body fat but heavier. Got a little over 6 weeks to keep packing on the size.

Back to the gym tomorrow.

Bro their Tren Ace is 100mg/ml and they only sell the Ace in 10ml vials.

You must be thinking of the Androxine. That is Tren No Ester. It is the only 50mg tren they have.

Their Tren HHBC (tren hex/parabolan) is 76.5mg/1.5ml.

Damn, good thing I went with pharmacom for the tren ace. I just assumed that the Androxine was ace. Tren Suspension would be a good time though. Never used Hex, I prefer the shorter esters.. easier to control.

No GH, never used it. Thinking of adding it, but still unsure. If I did.. it would be no more than 5iu a day.

Impressive weight gain so far. I know it may be a little hard to judge from the water weight, but what would you say your bodyfat is at right now?

I am getting body calibers done next week. Right now I'd say I am about 12% I definitely have some water weight on me, but I love it. I had to whip out the fat jeans last night for new years. I will get some progress pics up this week after I get waxed.

Stats 19 years old 6'1 220lbs 14%bodyfat WRESTLER I am not a BODYBUILDER. I am looking to stay at 14%bodyfat but go up in weight. I have been training since age 14 so about 4.5 years or so give or take. I am running the below steroid cycle and PCT. My workout will also be below. I can only do weight training 4 times a week but I like how my weight training workout is and I will not change it reason I will not change it is because I love high volume and high intensity. I will really be thankful if some of you guys give me some good tips about my cycle layout and remember it's my first cycle EVER.

Diet Calories intake will be 4500 - 5000
50% protein 30% carbs 20% fat

I also do 20 minutes high intensity cardio after my weight training.


Test E 12 Weeks 500mg per week
1-12 Week 250mg twice per week
250mg Monday 250mg Thursday

Because I took the last 2 days off for New Years, I will be pulling a double today at the gym. Did Shoulders this morning and will do Back later tonight when I get done with work.

Meal 1: (pre-workout)
Super Oatmeal

2 Scoop Strawberry Banana Whey

**1 hour later**
50g Dextrose w/ preworkout

Meal 2: (post-workout)

Meal 3: (1 hour later)

That it so far for today. Will eat the same meal again in about 2 hours. Then will probably go hit up Qdoba on my for Lunch. Will have a protein shake with oats before my back workout tonight and a shake with more dextrose after, and then hopefully 2-3 meals after that because I am saving the slin for then. Going to be a long day.

I am getting body calibers done next week. Right now I'd say I am about 12% I definitely have some water weight on me, but I love it. I had to whip out the fat jeans last night for new years. I will get some progress pics up this week after I get waxed.

Here is my back workout that I just got done with a little bit ago.

Neutral Grip Pull-Ups - 2 x Failure-ish (body weight)
Bent-Over Barbell Row - 4 x 8 (205, 225, 265, 285)
Dead-Lift - 4 x 8 (225, 315, 385, 415)
T-Bar Row - 2 x Dropset (Started with 5 plates, went to failure, drop a plate and repeat. Most of you know what I'm talking about)

Just hit it hard, quick, and heavy. Had a protein shake with dextrose after with 8iu of slin. I am at work for the next couple hours drawing up workout programs for all the people that decided this is the year their going to get in shape. Going to eat some Qdoba I bought earlier in about 5 minutes (chicken, rice, veggie bowl). Then probably a protein shake with some orange juice and then home for another meal.

Diet today.. Super Oatmeal, then dextrose and pre-workout, then 8iu of slin with dextrose and whey, then fish and white rice. Will eat that again for the next 2-3 meals. Then maybe some steak and veggies.. undecided yet.

Today's diet was normal. Lots of chicken and rice, protein shakes and dextrose.. ect. Up to 10iu of slin pwo now. Going to get my macros together on monday, so the diet will be more detailed then.

Today was Leg day.. workout called squat until you puke.

I don't know exactly how many sets I did. Started at 225 and worked up to 405, 8 reps each. Then once at 405, every set was to failure. 3 minute rest and repeat. Probably did 10-12 sets this way. If you want big legs, you must squat.

That was it.

Had the Lumber Jack Slam with the Sante Fe Skillet. I looked up the math on the macros from that meal and it is about 1700 calories, 75g of protein, 103g of carbs, and 102g of fat. Don't you dare judge the life I live!

A couple hours later I had greek yogurt an apple and some almonds.

And for meal number 3.. went out to Mongolian BBQ with some friends. Ate a bunch of chicken, Steak, and white rice. Don't know how much.. but enough to feed a small army at least.

The rest of the day I will eat some smaller meals, low in fat. I am taking out a lovely lady tonight for dinner.. so will probably get some grilled steak or chicken and some veggies. Maybe a glass of wine or two.. ;)

Don't worry guys, my diet will clean up soon. I am just trying to enjoy myself a bit before I go through hell.

Also, I decided that my cycle is not big enough. So I will be adding in Tren Suspension from weeks 7-10 to try to blast through myostatin and gain as much muscle mass as possible. Think the combo of Tren, and Insulin will do the job. Every pound matters.
 
What's up guys. Update for to do is pretty simple. I didn't get a lot of sleep last night and feel a little sick. I've barely eaten today and not gonna workout. Going to get a good nights rest, and detox in the morning. Hopefully will get back to killing it tomorrow.

I have been real busy today, and still feeling a little it under the weather. Going to do another detox/cleanse in the morning and hopefully can get back to 100%
 
Update for today..

Weight: 231

Didn't work out again, just eating.. but not a lot though. Still feeling a bit under the weather. I don't like working out if I'm sick or not 100%. Figure the body needs as much rest as possible to recover so why damage it more. I want to at least get a leg workout in by the end of the week. Then I might call it good until monday.
 
I kind of feel like a dickhead. I did a detailed log of my diet on Monday, but nothing close to it the rest of the week. Well I have been sick the last few days.. so have not had a lot to update. Have not been working out, just eating a lot, so there hasn't been a lot to share.

I will be dropping the anadrol a little bit early, think I've gotten what I am going to get out of it by now. Going to get my second workout of the week in tomorrow. Going to kill legs in the morning. Then later in the evening I am going to go in a hit a couple big lifts for Back and Shoulders.
 
I will start dieting starting the beginning of February.. nice and easy. Then get really tuned in April which would be about 10 weeks out.
 
Update from yesterday.

Weight: 236.. up 21 pounds from the start. Body fat relatively the same, maybe up 1-2%, still haven't got it measure because I have been sick and lazy this week. Need to get them done soon though so I know about when to start cleaning things up and dieting. Don't want to get above 16%. But I really feel like the GW-50 is helping keeping me lean.. even eating 5000+ of not the cleanest calories in the world and insulin. I have 1 more week of the insulin.. using 10iu post-workout. I will add it again from weeks 9-12.. and maybe from 17-20. Also, I'll get some current pics up real soon. I know I said that last week.. so get off my balls.

Yesterday's diet was pretty simple. Every meal was 2 cups of white Rice, with either 6oz of White Fish or Chicken. Also had 2 post workout shakes with 100g of dextrose each, and 2 scoops of whey.. and then a casein shake with a shit load of almonds and flaxseed before bed. 9 total meals for the day.

I hit legs in the morning. Squat till you puke workout. Warmed up with Quad extensions and Hamstring Curls, 4 sets of 20, to force the blood into the muscles. Then came the squats. Went 135x8, 225x8, 315x8 for warm up. Then it was 405 to failure, 10-12 sets. 3 minutes between sets.

In the evening I hit back and shoulders, because I had only worked out once this week. Just kept it simple and heavy. Warmed up with pull-ups, then Bent Over Row.. 4x8, T-Bar Row.. 4 x drop sets to failure, and then finished off with super-setting lat-pulldowns with lower back extensions.

Shoulders was.. Shoulder Press.. 4x8, super-set of plate raises and side raises, then another super-set of paused dumbbell shrugs with rear delt flies.
 
I will get a good update with this hopefully tonight. Been busy.

Today, I was pinning N-PP into my quad. Someone knocked on my door, scared the shit of me.. and I ended up breaking the needle off in my leg.

It was a good time.
