i have fridays and saturdays off, though right now i pull on the classic pulling day, wendsdays...
after this round of ed coan routine, which has only two weeks left, i may switch to saturdays so i get an extended week of rest, and then i will be set up to pull on meet days...
also ive always wanted to check out SuperTraining Gym... hopefully we can make this work sometime next month... i'll send you a PM when it gets a bit closer, but im thinking about 5-6 weeks out will be doable...
