mental health is a growing problem. there are a lot of factors in play. it could be PTSD related.. even if something happened to you at 2 years old it can effect you in adulthood
now what do i take when i have stress or anxiety? nothing. i'm not going to pop a drug everytime i have a bad day or get drunk. that is called self medication. for me i go fishing, take a nice shower, spend time with someone i love, do yoga, the gym, etc. that is how you conquer negative feelings
