I have a few questions. Im about 5'8 130 lbs. Im just trying to get some ideas from everyone else on here with a lil more experience than i have about this. What is the quickest way to to build my upper body up and add more weight to my body. I have tried everything from protein shakes to u name it I've tried it. My weight doesn't budge if anything it drops a few. My goal is to gain at least 10-15 lbs. I know this post may not make sense to some of you but like I said I dont know where to start when it comes to something like this. So if anyone can throw a few ideas at me it would be much appreciated..Thanks
 
If you eat a lot of quality whole foods and lift heavy mostly compound lifts.
Squats deadlifts and bench will do it

Why is there any reason for a lazy app? Or maybe you just decided to see if you could get a few laughs out of some people to complete your day. The reason I made this thread was because my day is non stop with construction work and I never get a chance to go to the gym between work and kids..Or maybe I just needed to add extra details for FOLK like you. O by the way I actually found Stevesmi very useful. I also appreciate you taking time to read this thread.
 
do you have gym nearby that is 24hrs? Anytime fitness, 24HR Fitness, etc. ?

If u are super busy an option is to go EARLY. I got really busy at work a few yrs back, like start up meeting at 6:15am and got off work around 8pm. Anyways I had to adjust to a 4am workout for about 6 months until things slowed down. I just had to start hitting the sack at 8:30so I was asleep by 9pm. Takes a few weeks but u'll adjust.
