So , here it is, another year, new set of expectations. Me personally, I don't like resolutions, I believe in working hard all year round. But I need new diet plans, new training to keep it fresh. I want help with diet now. I believe my diet is what is keeping me from great gains. I tried to eat the chicken and all the protein sources like crazy and eat a lot buut felt I gained too much fat. Basically I want enough to build muscle but not too much to gain much fat. Can you tell me about some site with good meal plans or just some guidelines?
