Why is it that I can't say no to junk food....
I had surgery on both feet about 2 months ago, gained 20 pounds of FAT, and now just don't have the discipline to say no to crappy food and get back into my exercise routine.
I'm a mental skitz-oid. I know that I feel much better at 240lbs....hell, at 270 my eyeballs want to pop out when I bend over to tie my shoes...it's even hard to twist in the shower to wash my butt-crack. This depresses me, but put a plate of wings and rings in front of me and I'm a "live for today type of guy."
Please....can someone saysomething positive that will help me get back on track?
I've always been 'stocky'....I'm 6'2" and 38 y/o......I don't want to die from a H/A at 50....
I've fluctutated MANY times from 280 down to 220 for the past 15 years (life of my marriage)....why is it that I can't stay in the 220-240 range. Everytime a crisis or injury arises...so does my weight.
How to I start.....AGAIN.
