hey all, this is my first time posting here, i was just wondering, i've heard people say you can't lose weight and gain muscle mass at the same time,now i'm not trying to become a bodybuilder just put on some Muscle and drop some weight ( weight 225lb, BF% 18 , Lean mass 183 of muscle ) so could it be done if you consume enough protein , but still cut back on calories? any response would be helpful
