Guys, I have a real hard time eating. I just don't enjoy it. And I don't even eat that much. I'm only 180.

I've been trying to incorporate sweet potatoes and brown rice into my diet but I really need to spice them up somehow so that I can get enough meals in. Barely getting 4 a day, 5 on a good day. It all amounts to about 2700 cals. Definitely not enough.

I'm on a limited budget for food so I try to get most of my calories from carbs. Still get about 1 gram of protein per pound bw though.

I cook mostly in with the microwave and a George Foreman grill so I'm somewhat limited (I think) as to what I can do to food but any suggestions are more than welcome.

Also I make the rice on a rice cooker and I really have to find a way to make it taste fabulous in order to start making some progress and get my fire back. Help please!!

try the grand old favorites - salt and pepper. Soy Sauce, marinades, salad dressings, salsa (my personal favorite, I put it on everything), tobasco (I put this on everything too), barbecue sauce, parmesan cheese (I put this on everything too!!!)

Try taking the "sweet" route with yams and rice. Add splenda, sugar free syrup, cinnamon, and I can't believe its not butter spray. It is like DESSERT!! GOOD STUFF....

Good luck
Ryan
