help

There are plenty of good threads of training routines on this site. Just keep it simple. Train hard. Eat big. Sleep often.

I recommend DC Training, or Needsize's 5x5 routine. Great methods of training which I've used before, and many have had success with.

it seems that all my fat is in the stomach my friend told me i should do the ckd before i start anything else......

depends, how is your regular diet, if it is sloppy then i would just clean it up. If it is already clean ( by clean i mean only good complex carbs, 1g of protein per pound of BW, mdoerate fat )then a CKD would benefit you. If youve never worked out a day before in your life I wouldnt reccomend some of the more advanced workouts here. Start off simple and basic with compund movements and a few ISOs, 1-2 body parts a day. After a few weeks when youre muscles have adjusted themselves to being trained with free weights then you can move on to a more advanced routine.

GOOD LUCK !!!

O BTW, if youve never worked out before, and you have a clean diet, dont bother doing CKD right now, you wont need it. Youll lose fat just from putting the extra stress on your body...

maybe i should post some pics to show you the bell im tlaking about...my diet isnt the greatest but i dont really eat much junk food either......no kandy or anything like that....but if i post pics yall will laugh..lol

I would say that a routine should be kept simple. It is important to utilize compound movements like the squat, deadlift, good morning, barbell shrug and bench into your routine. Study and learn the fundamental movements. Look at video. Gather as much info you can on proper form. Utilize proper form. These compound exercises are the key to your overall growth.

Diet is dependant on your goals. Think of yourself as a piece of clay. What you put into it and what you do on a daily basis will mold you into a structure. Learn the basics of nutrition, your body and genetics.
