Ok. If you've dropped weight, then you're under maintenance. So I'd up the carbs and give it a week or so. Check weight. Still losing up it more. Leveled out? Then you've found where you maintain. It's great knowing that as it easier later on to gain out cut.
At any rate I'd definitely up the carbs. You can up them quite a bit the first time. Gaining mass comes from carbs just as much as proteins.
