In using 15mg of anavar this is my 1st cycle i am 21 and weigh 162lbs i am a female i was wondering what foods should i eat and what should i stay away from i am trying to cut up i work out 5x a week (weight training) and cardio i don't know my body fat but its probably around 20%-30%

How tall? Did you start already? How long have you been working out for? What is your diet like? Why did u opt for var?
 
I am 5 1 and yes this is day 3 i have been working out for about a year.. my diet is pretty much clean i eat eggs, fruits, veggies, rice, and mostly protein and i started anavar to gain muscle,strength,and to cut
 
Anavar will not help you cut, but it will help you hold and possibly build your muscle while dieting. The foods you listed are good clean foods, however when it comes to losing weight its all about calories in vs out. I would start at a 300 calorie deficit a day and assess from there. Also, I would not reccomend anything over 15mgs of var for you @ no longer than 6 weeks, but that will have to be your call. Any time women use AAS there is a chance of virilization that you need to keep an eye on. Hope this helps

You can dose gw and ostarine frome www.sarms1.com as well as albuterol from www.ag-guys.com. I do not like anavar at your weight if u ran sarms and albuterol I'd like it in the tail end.
