Hey guys,
i'm a newb on this site... i've only just started weights and Muay Thai, it's nearly been 2 months... and i'm not naive, i'm aware it takes time.. however I was wondering if there's any key things I can do to help me tone up my stomach other than roids.. I refuse to take anything that is classified as a drug... I have protein shakes and all that jazz and am eating super healthy but was just wondering if there's anything that will assist me
