help with tits!!

i need some advise to work the underneath part of my chest no matter what i do it stays flabby i always run clomid or other after cycle any advise on corecting this would be appretiated
 
you cant really target one area, with fat loss. if you have some gyno only one way to get ride of it . surgery.. show some pics for more help what is your body fat %??

try , when ur doing bench presses, dont come all the way down , and hold about half way up and down, after each one... should do wonders for u.
 
If it is bodyfat that you are trying to get rid of then extra_strong is correct that you really cant target one area, I tend to hold fat in the lower pec area myself while bulking and holding some bodyfat, usually one of the first places I put it back on. If it is gyno than you can rid of all the fat around it and it will still be noticeable and like stated earlier the only way to get rid of it is surgery. If it is just fat than you just need to continue to drop your bodyfat until it goes away.

you have GYNO? or is your bodyfat just high?

I had the same peoblem no matter what I did they would not go away. I was really fat when I was young and it stuck with me. I am having it removed next month thru surgery.

Even at 10%BF it was still there.

when you do that you should hook us up with before and after pics..
I'm sure it would be helpful.
