help with stress and nervousness

I am a very nervous person by nature. Was the type of kid growing up who would always be paranoid about forgetting my homework or not studying for a test. Now as an adult that has not changed. I was listening to some videos about how this is actually not normal and could be a hormonal issue. Is there a supplement that can help ?
 
If you have stress, yoga is good, combine it with herbals like nutrozol before bed.
