During your cycle I would use 10-12.5mg exemestane. For pct carry the exemestane on till the end of week 2 and add tamoxifen and clomid. So something like this...

PCT
Exemestane 12.5/12.5
Clomid 50/50/25
Tamoxifen 20/20/20/10
