Sit on the edge of the tub and use one hand to steady and one to push the plunger. Leg out straight.

I practically passed out after my first inject (anxiety). Sitting down would have been beneficial.

I do mine standing,,,guess you could sit down.

I have nerve damage in my left arm. So my left hand shakes very badly. When I use my right delt or left glute I get help from a wall. I can get the needle in with a quick thrust and I can asperate ok but my hand shakes a lot while pushing the plunger. So I stand next to a wall and press the plunger into the wall pushing my whole body while holding the barrel. Works for me.

glute, just did it 10 mins ago, smooth and painless 23g 1.5in, sounds like you might be a lil scared of the needle, dont sweat it, my first time i didnt even know the damn thing was in and it slide in easy, like two wet sandbags. lol (40 year old virgin)
