Help with PCT

Hey everyone
I was on Tren ace + prop 100mg each eod (bulking).
On Sunday it was my last injection..
I've read that I should start my PCT 3 days after last injection, and then I've seen this pct Complex on some forum:

Clomid 100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

1. 100/50/50 means 100 for first week 50 for 2nd and 50 for 3rd?
2. Your thoughts on this pct?

Here you go:
Clomid: 100/50/50/50
Nolva: 40/20/20/20
The dosage is by the week per day. So week 1: 100mgs clomid and 40mg nolva per day. Week 2: 50mgs clomid and 20mgs nolva each day. and so on....

Start your PCT 3 days after your last injection. Those are short esters. 1 week is pushing. Heck 2 weeks and you'll crash
