I guess this is just a general question, but I cant seem to get my fats ratio in line with everything else. Back to bulking, looking at a 40/40/20 split for a clean bulk. The problem is, i cant seem to keep my fats under 20% and still get my EFA's in. All the fats seem to come from the diet staples; chicken breasts, oats, lean red meats, etc etc.
Any ideas?
