Hey guys can you please give me some suggestions on a daily meal plan i really want to lower body fat currently approx 20% but i would like to also increase lean muscle mass. 37 years old 197-204 lbs depending how much water i am holding that day thats another problem 5'8" have been lifting since age 13 off and on but would really like to get serious now maybe even compete for fun anyway any help you guys can give me would be appreciated. I started testosterone cypionate 500 per weeks two weeks ago just ordered liquidex to start mid next week when i get it can you also give me advise on the liquidex how much how often i sure am bloating holding tons of water i hate it sorry for all the questions just want to do it right this time.
