Help with diet and cycle

Hey guys can you please give me some suggestions on a daily meal plan i really want to lower body fat currently approx 20% but i would like to also increase lean muscle mass. 37 years old 197-204 lbs depending how much water i am holding that day thats another problem 5'8" have been lifting since age 13 off and on but would really like to get serious now maybe even compete for fun anyway any help you guys can give me would be appreciated. I started testosterone cypionate 500 per weeks two weeks ago just ordered liquidex to start mid next week when i get it can you also give me advise on the liquidex how much how often i sure am bloating holding tons of water i hate it sorry for all the questions just want to do it right this time. Thanks Bros
 
Can you give us an idea of what you are eating now, approximately how much and when?

Anything you absolutely won't eat?

A diet plan is great, but I also think that 'listening to your body' and varying your diet is even better.

Sticking to the same thing day after day is a good way to fall off a diet, unless you really like the food.

For example, I could eat oatmeal with vanilla whey protien most mornings, love the stuff, but every now and then I have scrambled eggs, or a steak :)

If you are holding "tons" of water try cleaning up your diet and doing some cardio first. Im a true believer that arimidex should only be used when necessary. If you are real bloated start with .5cc a day and run it 3-5 days. Personally, I would go .5cc eod until it clears.

Ohh yeah steam room might help a bit and double up your water intake.
 
get a clean diet and good training and sleep plan. Do that with alot of cardio for 6 months before you even consider using gear. Gear isn't magic, your not gonna stick a needle ass acouple times and have a perfect body. If your 20% BF you need to do alot of work before sippin on the juice.
 
Thanks guys for the help ghost great link good lookin out bro 702 thanks for the heads up on the arimidex it will be here mid next week I will follow your advise I have got to get rid of this bloating I will increase my water intake also just was affraid to to more cardio thought i might loos size but i guess right now losing bodyfat is way moe important how about some advise on lowering my bf sorry for all the dumb questions bros just want to do it right this time. I am currently on a cycle of testosterone cypionate 500 a week for 10 weeks has been two weeks should I stop the cycle since my body fat is so high also how about PCT - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - would this be good PCT - post cycle therapy - : liquidex - tamoxifen citrate - , clomid and HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - - human chorionic gonadotropin - - human chorionic gonadotropin the liqudex is waht I will get next week wanted to run some of it now to get rid of bloat thanks for the advise 702 anyway should I run it now until the bloat goes away and the run it again PCT thanks again for any input. Pdog

No, I wouldn't stop it now. In my opinion you could use it to maintain muscle as you diet down. Post up what you typically eat and drink. Get your bf tested.
 
Here it is my daily meals varries some (ie. some nights instead of yams i will eat brown rice some mornings whole wheat english muffin toasted with all natural peanut butter anyway you guys get the idea any advise is appreciated need to get body fat down i was at 14% back in Feb also was on a deca only cycle from Jan-Feb 250 ew tore my acelias tendon playing football with the bros hit a gopher hole and there it was partial tear anyway was out of the gym up until a month ago so gained some weight was eating like crap and not in the gym at all. Thanks 4:30am-1 pack plain oatmeal w/1 tbs honey 1 slice whole wheat bread Max muscle full blown extreme with 16oz water

5:15am-workout

6:30am-Post workout: protein shake 40g (Max Muscle Iso-Extreme) One a day multi Vit.

9:00am-Morning snack: Bannana,1oz whole plain Almonds,protein shake 40g w/20oz water

11:30am-Lunch: 6oz chicken breast,1cup salad w/newman low fat italian,20oz water

3:00pm-Evening Snack:Appple,Protein Bar 32g, 20oz Water

6:00pm-Dinner:6 oz chicken Breast,Yam,1 cup Veggies (green),20oz water

8:00pm-Last Meal:Sugar Free Jello,Glutamine w/20oz water
