Did you say you have about eight weeks left till cruise? That or any less isn't a real long time to see results by upping dosage IMO. I'd want more time, because long esters take a little time just to build. If its that big of a deal maybe add some npp, bit personally id just go with what I'd been doing and up it next time.

Okey, id run deca now for 16/17 weeks shhould i for best results take a pause and pct and fast recovery and then Go on something else in about 2 months or should i do Cruise or Go on with deca test and put in som another stack to it? I realy dont know what to do now i just want to grow and hade the pump.

I don't think I'm completely following what your plan is here. Earlier you mentioned a cruise period, but now you mention pct. If you are only planning on taking a short break, I actually believe you would be better off just going with a cruise dose of test.
Whether you take that break now or in the near future depends upon your exact goals and I would need more info to give you a good recommendation. Its close to time to back off the gas pedal for a minute though, IMO.
Hey, I've got another question. That puffy nipple you mentioned, are you sure its due to estro and not prolactin? I'm thinking about the fact that you've been running deca for a while here. Have you had any blood work done?

Under My right nipple could i feel som hard big thing.. I have never hade som feelings from the nipple it just came but My nipples looks allmoast the same , realy dont know Whats IT is , went to doctor about it last year on My last cycle and ask them IF that was gyno and they was like omg no IT just à swolen gland...

My plan is to cycle now in vinter (bulk) and then Go for cut cycle before summer and on som gear on summer 2 but i need à break between or? Or whats your tip ? I dont want to get a LOT of bad shit happining to My body when i geting older.. So how is the best for the health to cycle Much?

OK bro. The healthy way to cycle is to run your cycle, however long it is and then a full pct. Then you should wait for the total amount of time you cycled plus pct time before doing anything else. That's why I asked if you were competing earlier. I wouldn't advice not cycling properly unless 1) you are making your living with this or 2) you are already on trt.
if you are concerned about long term health you need a proper pct and break between cycles.
