help with creatine dosage please

first, does it REALLY cause bloat?
second, what would be the best dosage to take and for how long?
last, is it better used as a bridge off of a cycle or does it not really matter when its used:> also, what should i exepct from it as far as strength, gains, etc.

i do get a little water bloat from it, nothing too bad though.

i like ~10grams a day. you can take it for as long as you want.

a lot of guys use it as a bridge. personally i think it is fantastic during a cycle. i have been cutting and just dropped it out of my cycle to try to maximize fatloss, but if your bulking i'd definitly recommend it. i think i'll be using it daily from here on out (except during cutting cycles, lol)

as for strenght gains, it should help you pump out a few more reps on that last set which in turn will help you build more muscles!

Ah, when I used EAS Phosphagen HP, I frontloaded at 40 and dropped back to whatever their maintenance was recommended. The last time I used creatine I took these pills from Ergogen Labs, a sister company of Apex/24 Hr Fitness. They worked pretty good, but 10 pills a day was alot to take.

I'm going to use some creatine during my clomid, if for nothing more than a placebo effect in keeping me motivated.
 
I never noticed the strength gains from creatine until I stopped taking it and noticed that stuff just got a tiny bit heavier. I did get the massive case of runs from it during the loading phase. I mean open the floodgates!

I use Kilosports for my creatine. It taste like sand and I wash it down with grape juice. If anyone has a better brand PM me with it. I remember the first time I used creatine and I got pretty hard and big. With this brand I just can’t get the same muscular bloat I had.

Moral of the story. When loading, space it out through the day or be near the bathroom! Take a drink with simple sugars to push it into the muscle.
