usually add 2 scoops of whey protein, cinnamon, & splenda.

You should put protein powder in your oatmeal if you have no time to cook eggs in the morning.

Dosnt save much time but a good thing I like to do it protien powder eggs and oatmeal mixed up and made into pancakes. Just a good breakfest

But what about MRP (meal replacements) get some bars you can grab early on and run out the door, some are ok but some are tough to choke down. I personally keep hard boild eggs on hand cracked as well as some quaker oat meal bars for the am cause I"m out the door ina flury

Liquid Egg White, Wheat toast w/ Natural PB. Takes less than 5 mins, and 5 mins to eat at most lol. (eating it now lol)

I try and have a few of these made up in a container and ready to go in the fridge: 1 cup cottage + 1 container low carb yogurt + a few walnuts + an apple. I usually take it with me to work and eat it at my desk. Then, I keep oatmeal at my desk and make that in the container I just got done with.
