Help with Anti inflammation

I'm looking to get some help with anti-inflammation inside my body
the reason is I'm gaining a lot of bloat and I'm getting a lot of pain in my joints

I think it's inflammation that is causing it so I need something to take for it

If it's that bad that you have swelling go see a doc
