Hi Chinadoll -

I can't help right now, but I am starting SPA Ox next Monday. I can keep you updated with the results if you want. I've never done a cycle of anything - so you can get some feedback to what it did to a "first timer".

I'm starting with 5mg a day (two does of a 2.5mg pill) and increasing from there if needed. Also researching taking clen with it, but might add it in mid-late cycle. We'll see. Let me know if you want updates!
