A typical days food is:-
5/6 meals 40/30/30
proteins:- chicken,tuna,salmon,egg whites,whey p.p, c.c, quark,0% fat free yog, P.butter ect
carbs:- original oats, oat crackers, brown rice (on occasion),fibrous veggies(lots), 0% salt

Fats:- Flax oil, olive oil or fats from P.B or salmon
