HELP...which,what,when carbs !!

Hi ladies, hope ur all doing good.......Well this may seem a dumb question but its about carb cycling o.k i thought i had everything nailed with diet,training ect and decided to start cutting to see exactly whats lurking under there !!! anyhow after reading many articles about CC and listening to different approaches i'm none the wiser !! e.g one lady cuts out her carbs on the last meal of every day, so by the end of her week she has zero carbs on her last day but what does she consider to be carbs? cos on the next site one lady cuts carbs alltogether execpt greens ! hang on i thought they were carbs .......please can someone put me on the right track so i can get this ball on the road........Many many many thanx :heart:
 
you really need to become familiar with how your body responds to carbs before you should start cycling, IMO. if you're new to cutting, or macro dieting in general, i would suggest starting off with a 40/30/30. this macro plan should start taking the fat off without cycling.

a lot of competitors cycle carbs because they're trying to take off that last bit of fat while still maintaining their muscle. Maybe Sassy or Miss24K can give you more info on this.

read the stickies at the top that say "must read" and "start here". they'll give you all the info you need.

Thanx for replying so fast....cool !! been doin 40/40/20 since xmas and hitting gym hard since then after a break but was lifting for 4 years prior. since going back to train my physique has come on leeps and bounds i'm looking to compete in my first comp this year thats the reason i need to cut to see where i need to focus on. Looking at your suggestion of 40/30/30 i'll give it a go. Any more ideas for me to try, supplements ect ? :idea:

I think you'll notice a big difference with a 40/30/30. As long as you're getting enough calories. (10 x your body weight, minimum) Once you start to plateau, then think about carb cycling.

The popular choice here for supps is sesaPURE and glucorell R. available at www.anafit.com . Must haves, IMO. If you need a fat burner/app suppres, try thermorexin (from anafit) or Stimulant X <-----my personal favorite. Buy it at www.bodybuilding.com .

Well there are many ways to cycle your carbs. For me no carb means no complex carb, I eat veggies. I hate to say this cause it's said all the time lol, you kinda gotta find out what works for you.

What are your stats, and what does your diet look like now?
