Hi ladies, hope ur all doing good.......Well this may seem a dumb question but its about carb cycling o.k i thought i had everything nailed with diet,training ect and decided to start cutting to see exactly whats lurking under there !!! anyhow after reading many articles about CC and listening to different approaches i'm none the wiser !! e.g one lady cuts out her carbs on the last meal of every day, so by the end of her week she has zero carbs on her last day but what does she consider to be carbs? cos on the next site one lady cuts carbs alltogether execpt greens ! hang on i thought they were carbs .......please can someone put me on the right track so i can get this ball on the road........Many many many thanx
