600 extra cals of food is good chemistry to start, though still on the low side. Add some flaxseed or other polyunsat oils, and try to get more "real" food and less protein shakes. Maybe throw some higher GI carbs in with the post workout meal. Creatine, lots of iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc etc.... and general multi vites should also be taken in more than adequate amounts. Gallons of water............That's enough chemistry to make any one grow muscles if they're training hard enough. But calories and weight training are truly the most important. If this is not exceptable and she prefers to take AAS, then I'm sure some of the other women can advice on her best choices.
